Betty J. Frisque, 82, of Nadeau, Mi. passed away on Friday, Oct. 19, at her home with her family by her side.
Born on June 21, 1930 in Stephenson, Mi., she was the daughter of the late Paul and Louise (Giguere) Beaudoin. On June 24, 1950 she married Frank Frisque at Precious Blood Church in Stephenson.
She was a homemaker and devoted her entire life to her family. She enjoyed playing cards, watching shows on TV and making Sunday suppers for her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are six children, Betty (Greg) Trudell of Escanaba, Mi., Frances Doberstein (Bill Bilski) of Vulcan, Mi., Joyce Frisque of Nadeau, Mi., Rich Frisque of Bagley, Barb (Dave) Patz of Pound and Kelly (John) Chapoton of Warren, Mi.; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four sisters, Dorothy (Joe) Limas of Illinois, Martha (Jerry) Gronmark and Barb (Ken) Lindstrom of Carney, Mi. and Marge (Joe) Hayden of California; three sisters-in-law, Joyce Frisque, Agnes Scafidi and Lorraine Dugree and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank, a son, Norman; two daughters, Brenda and Mary Ellen and a brother, Ken Beaudoin.
Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at the Anderson Diehm Funeral Home in Stephenson, Mi. A funeral service will follow at 5 p.m. at the funeral home with Fr. Corey Litzner officiating. A luncheon will be served after the service at the Precious Blood Church in Stephenson. Burial will be in the Nadeau Township Cemetery on Thursday, Oct. 25, at 10 a.m.
