Alfred C. Lindstrom, Jr.
Alfred C. Lindstrom, Jr., 70, of Marinette, passed away Monday morning, Feb. 6 at the Oscar Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, Mi.
Born Oct. 9, 1946 in Menominee, to Alfred Lindstrom, Sr. and Dorothy Dupuis Lindstrom, after high school, he worked at Scott Paper Co. before entering the United States Army. He served overseas in the Vietnam War and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He retired from military service as a disabled veteran.
He enjoyed fishing, was a licensed pilot and enjoyed attending motor cross events, but mostly time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Bea; four sons, Chad (Michelle) Lindstrom, Tim (Ann) Lindstrom, Gerald (Tammy) Anderson and Stacy (Liesa) Anderson and six grandchildren;
Friends may call at Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home in Marinette on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 1 p.m. until time of the funeral services at 2 p.m., with Chaplain Darrel Diers officiating. Military honors will be conducted.
