Scott A. Baumler
Scott A. Baumler, 62, of Menominee, Mi., passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 7 at Aurora Baycare in Green Bay.
Born Aug. 31, 1954 in Marinette, to the late Raymond and Jean (Parrent) Baumler, he attended Menominee High School and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked at Menominee Paper Co for over 36 years.
He is survived by five daughters, Jill (Johnny) Martinez, Amy (Eddie) Valentine, Carrie (Brian) Curtis and Jackie (Jason Barber) Baumler, all of Marinette and Hannah Baumler of Wausaukee; four step-children, Zeke Gretzinger and Zack (Tara) Gretzinger, both of Wausaukee, Rachael (Joe) Cohen of Manitowoc and Amanda Gretzinger of Marinette; 13 grandchildren and one on the way; special buddy, Tayden "The Hurricane" Curtis; a sister, Jean (Dave) Fries; three brothers, Tom (Michelle) Baumler, Steve Baumler and Randy (Amy) Baumler; special friend, Sue Demler and friends at the Pine Knot.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Butch and Jimmy.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 18 at 1 p.m. at the Pine Knot in Menominee. Cadieu Thielen Funeral Home of Menominee is assisting the family. Memorials can be directed to a family member.
