James H. Bielinski Sr., 76, of Peshtigo, passed away Saturday, Feb. 11 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay.
He was born March 4, 1940, to the late John and Lucille (Gernitz) Bielinski.
Survivors include a son, John (Kim) Bielinski of Milwaukee; a daughter, Julie (Gary) Serfozo of DePere; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Larry (Barbara) Bielinski of Las Vegas; a sister, Mary (Marv) Koch of Milwaukee and a special friend, Mary Ann Nozar.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary A. (Schomer) Bielinski in 2003; a son, James Jr.; two brothers, John and Robert and a sister Geraldine.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Peshtigo on Sunday, Feb. 19 at 1 p.m., with Fr. Jess Berdol officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Menominee, Mi. Berth and Rosenthal Funeral Home of Peshtigo is assisting the family with arrangements.
