Richard "Dick" Gibbs, 73, of Wausaukee, passed away Monday, Feb. 13 at Bay Area Medical Center.
Born May 13, 1943 in Milwaukee, to the late Gordon and Martha (Nemeth) Gibbs, he worked for P&H for 30 years in Milwaukee. Throughout his life he enjoyed hunting, fishing trips, especially to Canada, bowling and shooting pool.
He is survived by three children, Clyde and Dean Gibbs and Lisa (Dave) Fuji; his ex-wife, Mary Gibbs; four step-children, Susan Vrana, Jeanine Gavin, Pamela Brown and Judy Jerominski; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Dennis (Marian) Gibbs, Martha Lopez, Margaret (Dave) Grostad, Kenneth Gibbs, Conrad (Linda) Gibbs, Angel (Terry) Arneson, Patrick (Cynthia) Gibbs and Scott Gibbs and many extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan; a grandson, Jacob and a brother, Joe.
Family and friends can call at Roubal Funeral Home in Wausaukee on Saturday, Feb. 18 from 10 a.m. until time of a Celebration of Life Service at 11 a.m., with Scott Severson officiating. Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee is assisting the family with arrangements.
