Bruce F. Schulz, 79, of Green Bay, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 14.
Born July 12, 1937 in Breed, to Fred and Esther (Nelson) Schulz, after graduation he enlisted in the United States Army. In 1961 he married Dolores Verkuilen in Suring and worked as a warehouse manager for Bahcall Rubber for over 30 years.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and gardening. With his flowers and 29 rose bushes, he was envied by the neighborhood.
He is survived by his wife, Dolores; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jackie and Michael Koller and Connie and Russell Ewert; four grandchildren; nine siblings, Jerry Schulz, Roger (Marie) Schulz, Rita (Pete) Ryan, Max (Tony) Dembski, Juanita Fergens, Judy (Don) Warrner, Arda (John) Dallman, Bonnie (Pete) Tuchscherer and Richard (Carlotta) Schulz; a sister-in-law, Sharon Schulz; many nieces; nephews and extended family.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death a brother, Arvid Schulz.
Friends called at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Green Bay on Saturday, Feb. 18 from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Rev. Paul Pett officiated with burial in Breed Cemetery. Blaney Funeral Home of Green Bay assisted the family with arrangements. A memorial fund has been established in his name.
