Michael A. Wesolowski, 54, life-long Wausaukee resident, died unexpectedly Friday, March 3 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born Feb. 11, 1963 in Green Bay, he married Lori Zahn on Aug. 17, 1990. He enjoyed working at A & C Sawdust, Inc. as a truck driver.
He enjoyed hobby farming, fishing, animals and driving tractors and heavy machinery. A member of the Wausaukee Fire Department and Wausaukee Rescue Squad, he was a Marinette County Auxiliary officer and was always willing to help anyone out.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Lori; two step-children, Kevin (Kara) Wojcik and Thad (Ashley) Wojcik; five grandchildren; his mother, Betty; his mother-in-law, Mary Ann Zahn; siblings, Bob (Aimee) and Mary Wesolowski; four nephews and two nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father, Chester; a sister, Joanne; his father-in-law, Gordon Zahn and a sister-in-law, Holly Lequia.
Family and friends may call at Roubal Funeral Home in Wausaukee on Thursday, March 9 from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Spring. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated.
