Dorothy M. (Lubinski) Sprangers, 83, of De Pere, passed away Sunday, March 19.
Born June 1, 1933 in Wausaukee, to the late Frank and Irene (Burmeister) Lubinski, she married Myron "Mike" Sprangers on Sept. 26, 1953 and he preceded her in death on March 18, 2012. Together they had six children and owned and operated Sprangers Steam Extraction.
She was a longtime member of TOPS in Suamico, she enjoyed time spent there with friends, but mostly loved feeding and watching birds. A woman of strong faith, she was a member of St. Francis Xavier Parish in De Pere.
She is survived by five children, Sue (Gary) Pamperin, Sherry (Brian) DonLevy, Kathy (Bill) Sconzert, Steve (Ann) Sprangers and Gloria Payne; 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike; a daughter, Mary Jo; a grandson Davie and son-in-laws, Ralph Payne and Steve Siebert.
Visitation will be held at St. Francis Xavier Parish, 220 Michigan St., De Pere on Thursday, March 23 from 1:30 p.m. until time of a Mass of Christian Burial at 3 p.m. Newcomer Funeral Home of Green Bay is assisting the family with arrangements.
