Donald N. Maas
Donald Norbet Maas, 89, of Menominee, Mi., passed away Saturday, March 18.
Born Jan. 7, 1928 in Menominee to the late Lambert and Marie (Bostrom) Maas, he graduated from Menominee High School and earned a degree in electronics from Michigan Tech. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and married the former Mary Ellen Stewart on March 5, 1960.
He is survived by his wife of over 57 years, Mary Ellen; a daughter, Tracy (Mario) Ries; three sons, Kevin Maas, Clint (Jackie) Maas, and Scott (Michelle) Maas; nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild; his sister, Patricia Rehusch; nieces; nephews; other family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters and four brothers.
Per his wishes, no services will be held. Cadieu Thielen Funeral Home of Menominee is assisting the family.
