Loren W. Kuich
Loren W. Kuich, 87, of Green Bay, passed away Sunday, March 19.
Born in Menominee, Mi. on Oct. 18, 1929, to the late Harry and Delia (Hansen) Kuich, he graduated from Menominee High School, earned a bachelor of business administration degree at University of Michigan and a master of business administration at University of Akron.
He served in the United States Air Force for four years during the Korean War. He married the former Beverly Heider in 1951 and shared over 50 years together until she preceded him in death in 2002. He later married Joan Hultman and they spent almost 13 years together.
He worked for Goodyear for over 35 years until retiring in 1984. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, bridge, cheering on the Packers and volunteering for Bellin Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Joan; two children, Katie (Scot) Aten and Kevin Kuich; three step-children, Cindy Tomlinson, Lisa (John) Ippolito and Kevin L. Hultman; two grandchildren; a step-granddaughter; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Shirley (Earl) Younk and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Bev; a daughter, Lori Paulson and a sister, Dorothy "Dot" Kuich.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 23 at Lyndahl Funeral Home in Green Bay from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Pastor Jim Downs officiated with entombment in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
