Forest Phillips Sr.
Forest "Bill" Phillips Sr., 82, of Menominee, Mi., passed away Thursday, April 20 at Roubal Care and Rehab Center.
Born Dec. 21, 1934 in Daggett, Mi., to the late Robert and Lucille Phillips, he worked at General Motors in Janesville for 32 years and after retirement, returned to Menominee and delivered papers for the EagleHerald for 10 years.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, bingo with his wife, car shopping and his children.
He is survived by his wife, Rosie of Menominee; a daughter, Donna (Ron) Richter of Stephenson; three sons, Bill Jr. of Stephenson and Melvin Robinson and Joe Phillips, both of Menominee; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kim Irvine; a grand-daughter, Kristin Starks and a sister, Dorothy Best.
Private services were held at Anderson Diehm Funeral Home in Stephenson.
