John R. Peshek
John R. Peshek, 58, of Edmond, Ok., passed away Wednesday, April 19.
Born June 10, 1958 in Calumet, Mi., to Anton and Elma (Kolehmainen) Peshek, he completed Menominee Intermediate School. He considered himself retired with his parents, spending six months of the year in Menominee, Mi. and six months in Kissimmee, Fla.
The past 22 years he lived in Edmond with his sister and brother-in-law enjoying life to it's fullest. A shy gentle, kind spirit, he had a quick wit, was timely, inquisitive, brilliant and a little bossy. His enjoyed Friday night bowling, Saturday movie outings, music, TV, concerts, his pets, soda pop, M&M's & eating out with friends.
He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin and dedicated friend to all who took the time to know him.
He is survived by a brother, Charles (Debbie) Peshek of Orlando, Fla.; a sister, Barbara (Jim) Story of Edmond, Ok.; a nephew, Greg Peshek of Chicago, Ill. and many close family friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Anton and Elma Peshek.
A Memorial Service will be held at The Fountains at Canterbury in Oklahoma City at a later date.
