Chloris B. Marshall
Chloris B. Marshall, 101, of Peshtigo, passed away Wednesday, April 26.
Born Nov. 13, 1915 in Menominee, Mi., to George C. and Anna B. (LeVeque) Braun, she was a long-time resident of Racine until she moved closer to her daughter and son-in-law due to her health. She worked for many years at Racine Dry Goods Beauty Shop and then had her own shop, Marshall's Beauty Shop on North Main Street.
She is survived by a daughter, Mary Ann (Ed) Stauber; three granddaughters; a great-grandson; a step-great-grandson; nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Rose Mary (John) Edquist; an infant brother; her husbands, Roy Reeves and Anthony Marshall; in-laws, George and Jenny Marshall and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John G. and C. Elaine Marshall.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with family at St. Mary by the Lake Parish on Thursday morning, May 4 from 10 a.m. until time of a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Entombment will take place at Calvary Cemetery. Purath Strand Funeral Home and Crematory of Racine is assisting the family with arrangements.
