Bernard A. Donlevy
Bernard A. Donlevy, 92, of Town of Oconto, passed away Friday, May 5 at an area hospital from congestive heart failure.
Born Dec. 21, 1924 in Oconto, to Austin and Agnes (Speller) Donlevy, he married Mildred Dwyer in Lena on Sept. 5, 1959. A farmer in the Town of Oconto his entire life, he was a lifelong member of Holy Trinity Church and the the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred; four children, Mary, Michael and Brian, all of Oconto and Jim (Denise) Donlevy, Bellevue; five granddaughters; a sister and two brothers-in-law, Donna (Frank) Esser, Waukesha and Lawrence Koehler, Hartford; many nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother-in-law, Annabelle (Florian) Pawlowski and Caroline Koehler.
Friends may call at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 716 Madison St., Oconto, on Saturday May 13 from 10 a.m. until the time of a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Rev. Joel Sember will officiate with burial in Oconto Catholic Cemetery. Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home of Oconto is assisting the family with arrangements.
