Brazeau Services Picnic is July 29

Brazeau Emergency Services Annual Fundraiser picnic will be held on July 29 from 11 am to 10 pm at the Town of Brazeau Memorial ballfield. Live music will be by "Good Ol Country" from 1 to 5 pm and the band "Spitfire Rodeo" from 5:30 to 9:30 pm. There will also be a firework display at dusk put on by Biner's Boomers.
Kids entertainment will be face painting, balloon art, water fights and bounce houses, all free to the public.
The day will kick off with firefighter and women's water fights and continue with kid's water fights. There will be food and refreshments served all day including chicken booyah. Carry outs will be available so bring a container. Hourly bucket raffles and main sweepstakes will take place throughout the day and into the evening. Main sweepstakes drawing will be held at 8 pm. Tickets can be purchased the day of the fundraiser at the picnic up until drawing time.
This year's proceeds will be donated to the new Elizabeth R. Washebek Memorial Building fund, to better serve the residents and visitors of the Towns of Brazeau, Bagley and Beaver.
