James Henry "Jimbo" Gruel, 53, of Seymour, formerly of Bonduel, passed away Friday, July 21, 2017 in Green Bay after a longtime illness.
Born July 27, 1963 in Shawano, to the late Dale and Barbara (Kittson) Gruel, he worked as a handyman and could make friends with anyone. He lived life to the fullest and loved Chevys and Harleys.
He is survived by two daughters, Alisha "A.J." (Paul) Six and Tonya Jo Gruel-Wright and a special niece, Dawn Vigue, all of Ohio; siblings, Connie (Peter) Martineau of Pulaski, Kathy (Steve) Hughes of Mosinee, David (Noreen) Gruel of Chilton, Linda (Bill) Biese of Black Creek, Rick (Joan) Gruel of Cecil and Barb (Todd) Maves and Mari (David) Kriescher, both of Green Bay; his step-mother, Phyllis Gruel of Bonduel; many nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Allen Gruel; his grandmother, Bernice Kittson; longtime girlfriend, Jacque and best friend, Mitch.
Visitation was held at Swedberg Wendt Funeral Home in Bonduel on Monday, July 24 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visitation continued at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 25 from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m.
