THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
It was fun for the whole family as large crowds lined the streets of Menominee for the annual Waterfront Festival Parade held Sunday, Aug. 6. The Parade started on 10th Street by Menominee City Hall, went to 10th Avenue, then east to 1st Street and south to 5th Ave. Despite wet weather Waterfront organizers said crowds for the four day festival were good. A huge fireworks display took place Saturday evening. Top Photo-Military veterans lead off the giant parade displaying the nation's colors.
