Christopher M. Arveson,
Christopher "Buddy" M. Arveson, 25 of Gillett, passed away Sunday, Aug. 13, 2017 with family by his side.
Born July 19, 1992, to Mike and Robin (Davie) Arveson, he graduated from Pulaski High School in 2011.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cooking, but especially time with family and friends. He was a brave person with strength and determination and an inspiration to all he knew. Although born with a broken heart, he had a good, kind heart, was loving and caring to everyone and will be missed, but no longer has to struggle.
He is survived by his parents, Mike and Robin; two sisters, Melissa (Adam) Thomas and Katie Arveson (special friend, Ashton Wagner); his grandfather, Dale Hischke; his grandmother, Sharon Davie and many aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Marcia Hischke and Judy Dettor and grandfathers, Roger Arveson, Tom Davie and Ron Dettor.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 16 at Gruetzmacher Funeral Home in Suring from 4 p.m. to 8 pm. Visitation will continue on Thursday, Aug. 17 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Gillett from noon until time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Pastor Kent Wallace will officiate with interment in Wanderers Rest Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established.
