David T. Warras, 83, of Menominee, Mi., passed away Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017 at Rennes Health Care Center-East.
Born Jan. 4, 1934 in Milwaukee, to the late Theodore and Helen Warras, he married Connie Pfiester on June 19, 1962 and worked at Waupaca Foundry for 20 years.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, playing games and going camping with family and friends. He had a great sense of humor and loved to tell jokes and pull pranks.
Survivors include five children, Jodi (Mike) Baker, David (Kathy) Warras, Kieth (Jennifer) Warras, Wendy Edwards (James) and Wanda (Brian) Mottl; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and four siblings, Gert (late Ray) Stickney, George (Rosemary) Warras, Ann (Don) Meyer and Daniel Warras.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Connie; two sisters, Evelyn Saelens and Bonnie Beaty; three brothers, Harry (Judy), Leonard and Gerhard Warras and a special sister-in-law, Judy Warras.
Visitation will be held at Anderson Kell Funeral Home in Menominee on Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2017 from 4 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 6 p.m. with Deacon Chuck Gervasio officiating.
