County To Collect Town Wagner Taxes
At the Wagner Town Board meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 13, board members present were chairperson Lynn Hickey and supervisors Mollie Arthur and Allen Sievert along with treasurer Bruce Meyhoff and clerk Toni Goldschmidt.
After the meeting was called to order by Hickey at 6:30 p.m. the Pledge of Allegiance was said and agenda approved along with minutes. Discussed was the treasurer's report and fire department updates were given including four search and rescue, one vehicle, one lift assist, and powerline down.
Public Works are fixing road signs and faded signs.
The town had one animal control call.
Among actions items were Fire Department building, discussed were some pieces of land that could be looked at at the next meeting, inspections completed and using Municipality Tax Collection via the County.
Motion by Hickey to have the dump open during the upcoming deer season on Saturday, Nov. 18 from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Sunday, Nov. 19 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hickey appointed Variance Board members for two year terms.
Future agenda items included Fire Department building, process pending vouchers, and set next meeting for Wednesday, Oct. 11.
