Allan A. Buckmaster, 80, of Wallace, Mi., passed away Monday, Sept. 25, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay with family by his side.
Born Aug. 23, 1937 in Daggett, Mi., to the late Von and Lillian (Kropp) Buckmaster, he graduated from Stephenson High School in 1955.
He owned and operated Dog and Suds Restaurant and was self-employed as a carpenter. He enjoyed listening to polka music, going to music fests and watching sprint car racing.
He is survived by two daughters, Linda (Scott) Smith of Olive Branch, Ms. and Sandie (Jim) Babb of Panama City, Fla.; a son, Gary Buckmaster of Katy, Tx.; a grandson; a great-granddaughter; a brother, Melvin (Debbie) Buckmaster of Green Bay; a sister, Marlene Barribeau of Florida; a brother-in -law, Robert Deprey of Arizona and a sister-in-law, Marilyn Buckmaster South Carolina.
His parents preceded him in death.
Visitation will be at Anderson Diehm Funeral Home in Stephenson on Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Oakwood.
