Donald J. "Don" Krippel, 56, of Wausaukee, passed away Monday, Nov. 13, at home.
Born May 9, 1961 in Joliet, Ill., to David (Linda) Krippel Sr. and Sharon (Gerald) Thorne, he spent about 20 years in Heating and Cooling, a job he loved.
A people person, he enjoyed time with his friends, was an avid Chicago Bears fan and loved time fishing with his son, Gage.
He is survived by three children, Teanna (Dan) Welty, Caleb and Gage Krippel; two grandchildren; his parents; siblings, David (fiancée Missy) Krippel, Cathey (Mike) Dial and Brian (Hilary) Krippel and many extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Family and friends may visit Roubal Funeral Home in Wausaukee on Tuesday, Nov. 21 from 1 p.m. until time of a Memorial Service at 2 p.m., officiated by Scott Severson. A luncheon will follow the service at Middle Inlet Town Hall. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery in Middle Inlet.
