John F. "Jack" Morois, 64, of Marinette, passed away Friday, Nov. 10, 2017 at Rennes Health Care Center-East in Peshtigo.
Born Aug. 27, 1953 in Marinette, to Francis and Ida (Davis) Morois, he lived in Marinette for most of his life and graduated from Marinette High School in 1972, where he excelled as a track and cross country athlete.
He worked for many years at Scott Paper Co. and later at Safeguard Industries. A devoted uncle, time with family was important to him and he will be remembered for being friendly, good natured and kind to others.
He is survived by two sisters, Linda Morois (John Lentz) of Marinette and Frances Crandall of Menominee; nieces; nephews and great-nieces and nephews, Jim (Jackie) Morois and their children, Annie and Jim, Jr.,Carrie (Bryan) Kaufman and their children, Damion, Jude and Max and Travis (Mariah) Brimer.
Including his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bob Morois and a nephew, Aaron Morois.
Visitation will be at Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home on Wednesday, Nov., 15 from 4 p.m. until time of a Memorial Service at 6 p.m.
