Barbara J. (Polomis) Parrett, age 62, lifetime resident of the Wausaukee area, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday November 15, 2017, at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.
She was seen by many enjoying her morning walks through town. She lived for her family. Her children were the world to her and she was always there for them. Garry and Barb celebrated their 40th Anniversary in June of 2016 with many of their family and friends present.
Barb enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, shopping, going out to dinner, the color purple, giving gifts to loved ones, decorating for the holidays, the Green Bay Packers and collecting Panda items.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Garry Parrett of Wausaukee; her daughter, Melissa (Chris) Shaw of Crivitz and her son, Michael (Angela Wagner) Parrett of Eau Claire; six brothers, John (Gayle) Polomis of Wausaukee, Mark (Carol) Polomis of Green Bay, Fred (Renee) Polomis of Wausaukee, Greg (Ginny) Polomis of Porterfield, Dan (Linda) Polomis of Green Bay and Michael (Carolee) Polomis of Green Bay; brother-in-Law, Frank (late Marilyn) Orlando from Morgan Hill, California; mother-in-Law, Virginia (late Rodger) Parrett of Stephenson, MI; brother-in-Law, Dale (Barb) Parrett of Stephenson, MI; sister-in-Law, Bonnie (Ed) Christopherson and further survived by many nieces; nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lorraine Polomis; her sister, Marilyn Orlando; her father-in-law, Roger Parrett; her brother-in-law, Rodney Parrett and her unborn grandchild, Baby Shaw.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 2 pm on Wednesday November 22, 2017, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Wausaukee. Visitation will be from 11 am until time of a Mass at Church on Wednesday.
