Clarence A. "Bud" Herbst, 85, of Porterfield, passed away Sunday evening, Dec. 3, 2017.
Born April 3, 1932 in West Milwaukee, to Paul and Anna Herbst, he lived in Milwaukee for many years where he worked at Miller Brewing Co. He served his country during the Korean War. He was married to his wife, Edna for 50 years and after retirement, they moved to Porterfield.
Surviving are his wife, Edna; eight children, Edward Schraudenbach of Porterfield, Steven Butler of Marinette, Brian Butler (Janet) and Beth Higby, both of Richland Center, Jean (Robert) Falk of Mukwonago, Jayna (Stanley) Schraudenbach of Menominee, Mi. and Paul and Michael Herbst of Milwaukee; a brother, Jerome (Kathy) Herbst of Big Bend; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Joan (Monty) Dean and Margie Janowski, both of West Allis and June (Les) Hoffkins of Eagle; special friends, Jim and Tena Roubal, William Cech and many other friends and relatives.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth, Richard and Bernard and a sister, Mary Smith.
Per his wishes, a Memorial will announced at a later date. Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home is assisting the family.
