Brad L. Prochaska, 44, of Green Bay, passed after a long illness.
Born March 31, 1973, he grew up in Green Bay, attended Green Bay Southwest High School and later Mount Senario College. He worked at various machine converting companies through the years.
An avid hunter and fisherman, he enjoyed four wheeling, collecting Cadillac hood ornaments and time with his dogs.
He is survived by his mother, Karen Parr of Ashwaubenon; a brother, Todd Prochaska; a sister-in-law, Allison; a nephew, Wyatt Prochaska; a niece, Kaylee Prochaska; aunts and uncles, Marlene Fisher Gensler (Tom), Todd Parr (Brenda), Troy Parr (Kim), Nancy Weise (Bill) and Cindy Miles (Tom) and many cousins and friends from Green Bay and White Potato Lake areas.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Prochaska; paternal grandparents, Ervin and Dolores Parr and Lucille (Bouillon) Prochaska and two uncles, David Prochaska and Dale Prochaska.
Friends may call at Bethel Lutheran Church, 1350 Bond St., Green Bay on Thursday, Dec. 21 from 9:30 a.m. until time of a Memorial Service at 11 a.m. Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home of Oconto is assisting the family with arrangements. A memorial fund has been established in his name.
