Roger Lee Rupp
Roger Lee Rupp, 81, of Seymour, passed away Thursday evening, Jan. 25, 2018 at Woodside Nursing Home in Green Bay.
Born April 10, 1936 in Westbrook, Mn., to the late Fred and Ella (Smith) Rupp, he moved to Green Bay with his family in 1944 and grew up on a farm in the Town of Seymour which he later owned and operated until 1989.
On July 2, 1960 he married Donna Mae Mueller and he helped her parents on the farm for many years. In 1989 they moved to Ashwaubenon where he babysat his grandsons. He enjoyed attending toy and steam engine shows and going to flea markets looking for toys to restore.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Donna; a daughter, Tina Marie (Timothy) Moureau, Green Bay; two grandsons; three sisters, Dorie Baake, Crivitz, Lola (Joe) Sobieck, Phelps and Kayla (Reuben) Anderson, Green Bay; a Godson, Donald Baake, Crivitz and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his in-laws, Reinhold H. and Hilda Mueller and a brother-in-law, Marvin Baake.
Friends called at Muehl Boettcher Funeral Home in Seymour on Tuesday, Jan. 30 from 9:30 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial was in South Cicero Cemetery.
