Arlene Jean (Isabel) Wagner, 82, of Marinette, passed away Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018 at Rennes Health Care Center-East.
Born Aug. 12, 1935 in Grand Rapids, Mi., to Don and Cecile (Galdis) Isabel, she grew up in Lower Michigan and graduated from a Catholic High School there.
She married Robert Wagner in 1955 and later moved to Florida. She returned to Kalamazoo in 2007 to care for her mother, before moving to Marinette 3-1/2 years ago.
She had several jobs including being a waitress and owned a bar with her husband, but her favorite was being a caregiver. A faithful Catholic, she prayed the Rosary daily.
She is survived by two sons, Richard (Jean) Wagner of Marinette and Robert (Joyce) Wagner of Ventura, Ia.; four grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; two step-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Fred, Bruce, Nancy and Kathy and a dear friend, Jane Stefanski.
No funeral services will be held. Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home of Marinette is assisting the family.
