Lanny L. Angell, 71, of Pound, passed away Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018 with family by his side.
Born Dec. 16, 1946 in Catawba, to the late Forest and Pearl (Offner) Angell, he married the former Patty Staerkel on Aug. 28, 1988 at the Chapel In The Woods.
A member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Coleman, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and time with family and friends.
Surviving are his wife, Patty; five children, Tracy (Ayesha), Lonny (Stacey), Forrest, Logan and Sadie (Jason); nine grandchildren; three brothers, Bill "Butch" (Juanita), Danny (Nancy) and Jim; four sisters, Helen "Toots" (Roy) Zeh, Judy (Roger) Bradley, Karen and Pam (Terry) Zielinski and many nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, George, Robert "Bob," Donny and Chuck and two sisters, Elizabeth "Bunny" and Mary Lou "Sis."
The family greeted relatives and friends at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Coleman on Wednesday, Feb. 28 from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Rev. Gregory Stahlecker officiated with burial in the Town of Brazeau Cemetery. Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home of Coleman assisted the family with arrangements.
