Lynne "Katy" (Janquart) Baeten, 80, of the Town of Little River, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at The Cottages of Oconto Falls.
Born June 9, 1937 in Green Bay, to the late Wilbur and Leone (Carlier) Janquart, she married Donald Baeten on Aug. 10, 1957 at Annunciation Catholic Church in Green Bay and they raised their family in Pensaukee until moving to the Lena area in 1997.
A member of of St. Anne Catholic Church in Lena, she enjoyed singing in the church choir, the outdoors, the Packers and was devoted to her family.
She is survived by her husband, Donald; three sons, David (Ange), Dan (Lisa) and Dean (Brook) Baeten; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a sister-in-law, Bonnie (Walter) Mason.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Jeffrey and a sister and brother-in-law, Gail (Dale) Ives.
The family greeted relatives and friends at St. Anne Catholic Church in Lena on Tuesday, April 3 from 9 a.m. until time of the Memorial Mass at 11 a.m., with Fr. Nonito Barra and Fr. Bob Karuhn officiating. Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home of Lena assisted the family with arrangements.
