Arlene F. (Hemminger) Bintz, 88, of Marinette, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018 at Bay Area Medical Center.
Born Aug. 5, 1929 in Oconto Falls, to John and Elsie Hemminger, she was baptized Aug. 18, 1929 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church and confirmed at Trinity on April 18, 1943. She graduated from Marinette High School in 1947 and married Clement Bintz on Nov. 25, 1950 also at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband, Clem; four children, Linda (Gary) Uecke, Nancy, Lori (Scott) Siegel and David; seven grandchildren; five great- grandchildren; six siblings, Rodney (Jewell) Hemminger, Annette Anderson, Leora Delgoffe, Joyce Van Court, Helen Campbell and Joan (Don) Stojny; a sister-in-law, Anita Hemminger and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Roger and Helen Bintz.
Including her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, George Hemminger and two sisters, Elvira Vieth and Dolores Hemminger.
Friends called at Zion Lutheran Church in Peshtigo on Thursday, May 17 from 9 a.m. until time of a Memorial Service at 11 a.m., with Rev. Luke Myslik officiating. Memorials are appreciated to a charity of ones choice. Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
