THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
Ice Cream Social at Crivitz June 28
Issue Date: June 7, 2018
Faith Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Crivitz, will have an old fashioned Ice Cream Social on Thursday, June 28 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4:30 to 7 p.m. They will serve sloppy joes, chips and ice cream, in a bowl, or sundae or banana split and also pies of many varieties. Prices are modest. The event is sponsored by the Faith Women's Association.
The women support many missions like Camp Daniel, who hopes to complete their Camp building project by the year 2010; Don Shire, who has homes for orphans and widows in India, and homes for orphans in Haiti, and handicapped people in Roatan, Honduras; and Harvesters Reaching the Nations which has a large orphanage, school and hospital in South Sudan and a school in Uganda. They also help local students with camp scholarships.
The church is located at 806 Fritzie Ave., Crivitz, one block north of the flea market. For more information call Barbara at 715-854-2406, or Sharon at 715-854-2506.
