Wilma M. Wellhoefer, 94, of Jackson Crossing, formerly of Marinette, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018.
Born March 28, 1924 in Marinette, to Henry and Elsie (Marquardt) Roeder, she married Clarence M. Wellhoefer on Oct. 17, 1953 at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. She worked at Master Lock for 33 years, retiring in the mid 1980's.
They moved to West Bend in 1992 where they became members of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and she enjoyed square dancing with her husband.
She is survived by a sister, Jean (Ralph) Spangenberg of Marinette.
Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence, who passed away May 1, 2001 and two brothers-in-law, Lester and Leslie Wellhoefer.
Visitation will take place at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 777 S. Indiana Ave., West Bend on Thursday, July 5 from 11 a.m. until time of a funeral service at 1 p.m. Pastor Richard E. Lauersdorf and Pastor Robert Hein will preside with interment in Washington County Memorial Park. Memorials to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Building Connections Fund are appreciated.
