William "Willy" "Bill" E. Corrie, Jr., 76, of Marinette, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Rennes Health Care Center-West.
Born Aug. 21, 1941, to the late William and Patrine "Betty" (Amatore) Corrie in Chicago, Ill., he worked at D&S Mold and Tool for over 40 years until retiring in 2005.
He enjoyed dancing, movies, motorcycles, time in the country, gardening, watching the birds and the band, "Whistle Gear".
He is survived by a daughter, Beth Corrie of Marinette; two sons, William (Linda) Corrie of Downers Grove, Ill. and Anthony (Sue) Corrie of Whitmore Lake, Mi.; special friends, Doris and Henry Carpio; significant other, Loretta Conklin of Marinette; a sister, Debbie (Mark) Knafl; a brother, Roy Corrie; a sister-in-law, Marilyn Corrie and three grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Glen.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Best Western on Saturday, July 21 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thielen Funeral Home of Marinette is assisting the family with arrangements.
