The following individuals were found guilty of speeding in the Joint Municipal Court of the Village of Coleman and Towns of Beaver, Brazeay and Pound: Michael Montie (27, Coleman) 11-15mph over was fined $98.80, Kevin Rios (20, Puerto Rico) 16-19mph over was fined $124.00, Lloyd Combs (72, Pound) 20-24 mph over was fined $149.20, Angelia VanHecke (29, Oconto) 16-19 mph over was fined $124.00, Jose Gervasio (25, Pound) 11-15 mph over was fined $98.80, Richie Giese (31,Peshtigo) 20-24 mph over was fined $149.20, Sharon Pesko (57, Phillips) 16-19 mph over was fined $124.00, Jennifer Schwittay (41, Peshtigo) 11-15 mph over was fined $98.80, David Mangus Jr (46, Milwaukee) 1-10 mph over was fined $98.80, Michael Balistreri (36, Milwaukee) 1-10 mph over was fined $98.80.
Myranda Karban (23, Crivitz) was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct with a Motor Vehicle and fined $187.00, Angelia VanHecke (29, Oconto) was found guilty of not wearing her seatbelt and fined $10.00. Jose Gervasio (25,Pound) was found guilty of Operating without a Valid License and fined $124.00. Mr. Gervasio was required to follow up with the Court, and he can now operate legally in the United States. Michelle Kopish (55, Menominee, MI) was found guilty of Issuing a Worthless Check and ordered to pay $198.40. MCS, a company outside the state of Wisconsin was fined $250.00 for having an unsafe building in the Village and will be required to follow up as improvements are made to avoid additional fines.
Two trials were held resulting in guilty findings for the following: Amanda Borkovec (29,Oconto Falls) was fined $411.82 for Theft of Moveable Property <=$2500, Roger Bokovec (39,Oconto Falls) was fined $457.82 for Disorderly Conduct. Both parties are banned from being on the Family Dollar property in Coleman.
Three just cause hearings were held. One payment plan was set and the other was given 60 days to pay. A warrant was issued in the amount of $124.00 for Cody Welch (29, Coleman) who did not show for his hearing nor pay the fine.
One case review was held for a juvenile with a payment plan being set. Another case review was held resulting in a strict payment plan.
