Kenneth W. Race, 59, of Menominee, Mi., passed away Monday, Oct. 22, 2018.
Born Nov. 30, 1958, to the late Harold and Shirley (Ebner) Race, he married the former Tonia Poquette on Jan. 11, 1985 at his parents' house.
A very social person, he did anything for anyone who needed help. He was active in the Old World Christmas Farmer Market, the Menominee County Market and shared his bird houses, bird feeders, clocks and sporting knickknacks.
He was a Packer fan and enjoyed fishing and bowling as his health permitted.
He is survived by his wife, Tonia; two sons, Josh Race and Adam Race; a daughter, Connie Stary; three grandchildren; a sister, Sandra (James) Bertrand; a cousin, Larry Race, who was like a brother to him and nieces and nephews.
Family will receive relatives and friends at Berth and Rosenthal Funeral Home in Peshtigo on Saturday, Oct. 27 from 11 a.m. until time of sharing at 3 p.m. As per family wishes, casual attire is welcomed. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Menominee on Monday, Oct. 29 at 2 p.m. and all are welcome to attend. A memorial has been established in his memory.
