Olga "Tootie" L. (Sellers) Schneider, 83, of Marinette passed away Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018 at Cardinal Ridge in Green Bay.
Born June 3, 1935, in Milwaukee, to the late Lorena Sellers, as a teenager she moved to Porterfield with her family. On Sept. 15, 1951, she married Donald Schneider at St. Joseph's Church in Walsh and he preceded her in death on Aug. 14, 2014. She worked at Bay Area Medical Center for 32 years as a CNA.
She enjoyed knitting, camping and swimming and was a member of Holy Family Parish.
She is survived by two sons, Donald (Judi) Schneider, Jr. of Green Bay and John (Deborah) Schneider of Arbor Vitae; two daughters, Karen Centena of Elkhorn and Mary Cherry of DePere; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, Lorena and husband, Donald, she was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy and a son-in-law, Ed Centena.
Visitation will be held at Holy Family Parish, Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Taylor St. in Marinette on Monday, Nov. 5 from 11 a.m. until time of a Funeral Mass at noon. Rev. Celestine Byekwaso will officiate with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Walsh. Thielen Funeral Home of Marinette is assisting the family with arrangements.
