Peter M. "Pete" Tousignant, 69, of Niagara, passed away Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018 at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee with family by his side.
Born Oct. 9, 1949 in Negaunee, Mi., to the late Pete and Theresa (Lequia) Tousignant, he served in the United States Navy and was a retired Milwaukee County Bus Driver.
He enjoyed fishing, target shooting, playing the slot machines, playing guitar, listening to bands and traveling the country on his trike with Kathy to "get away and fly". He lived life to the fullest and will be missed by many!
He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Kathy; two daughters, Melissa and Theresa; two sons, Matt and P.J.; three brothers, Fred (Carol), Dennis (Julie) and Tom (Jorge); two sisters, Linda (Karl) and Mary (Thom); 14 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his oldest son, Jason.
Visitation was held at Jacobs Funeral Home in Iron Mountain, Mi. on Saturday, Nov. 10 from 12:30 p.m. until time of the funeral services at 2 p.m., officiated by Fr. Ray Valerio. The American Legion Uren-Cooper-Johnson Post #50 of Iron Mountain accorded Military Honors at the funeral home.
