Many Appear in Coleman Court

Coleman-Individuals found guilty of speeding in a proceeding of the Joint Municipal Court recently were Nestaliz Mendez, 44, Crivitz, 20-24 mph in Coleman fined $149.20; Duncan Michaud, 16, Green Bay, for speeding 1-10 mph in Brazeau was fined $98.80; Sarah Hetzel, 38, White Lake, speeding 1-10 mph over in Brazeau and paid $98.80; Charles Klasen, 70, Grand Chute, was 1-10 mph over in Brazeau and fined $98.80.

Also Jason Zeitler, 28, Coleman, for speeding 11-15 mph over in Coleman was fined $98.80; Veronica Hanson, 68, Peshtigo, for speeding 16-19 mph over in Coleman and fined $124.00; Martha Weaver, 67, Lena, speeding 16-19 mph over limit in Coleman was fined $124.00; Seth Matz, 18, Cecil, speeding 11-15 mph over in Crivitz and fined $98.80; Joy Jean Lindsay-Koltun, 64, Cedarburg), speeding 1-10 mph over in Crivitz was fined $98.80.

Other cases were Nicholas Sheve, 30, Pound, found guilty of Non-Registration of Auto and fined $98.80; Keith Dart, 45, Pound, found guilty of theft in Coleman and fined $388.00. Rebecca Marsh (38, Crivitz) was found guilty of theft in Crivitz and fined $280.75; Seth Matz, 18, Cecil, was found guilty of Non-Registration of Auto in Crivitz and fined $98.80.

Also Blake Forner, 18, Coleman, was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct and Damage To Property in Coleman and fined $877 and given additional court sanctions. Henry Wagner, 53, Denmark, was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct with a Motor Vehicle in Coleman and fined $187; Trent Ermis, 18, Lena, found guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Damage to Property, and Disorderly Conduct with a Motor Vehicle and was fined $939. Tanner Graham, 18, Crivitz, was found guilty of Theft and fined $450.

One juvenile was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct in Coleman and fined $187; another juvenile was found guilty of Tobacco Violation in Coleman and fined $124 and given a court sanction of 20 hours of service to be performed. A third juvenile was found guilty of Tobacco Violation in Crivitz and fined $174.40, and a fourth juvenile was found guilty of Tobacco Violation in Crivitz and fined $174.40.

Three case reviews were scheduled. One case was closed after the fine and restitution were paid in full, another case was given additional court sanctions after review of the case was found to be in non-compliance. In the case of a juvenile who failed to show for a case review, the juvenile was charged with Disobeying a Court Order and will be heard on that charge in December.

Seven Just Cause Hearings were held. Three cases were closed after being paid in full and one juvenile set up a payment plan after being heard. Three individuals who did not appear for their hearings resulting in warrants for their arrest are Amanda Hollsten, 33, Peshtigo, issued in the amount of $670.28, Nicholas Sheve, 29, Pound, $1,061.54, and Jesse James, 21, Crivitz, issued in the amount of $98.80.
