Roman "Sonny" John Miller, Sr., 74, of Crivitz, passed away Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018.
Born Jan. 10, 1944, to the late Roman and Alice Miller, he graduated from Whiteford High School in 1963 and served in the United States Air Force for four years. He married Linda Powell on July 15, 1972 and worked at Waupaca Foundry for over 31 years.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing pool and dice, but mostly loved time with family, especially with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; three children, Scott, Roman (Kristy) and Chris (Natalie) Miller; seven grandchildren; a brother, Richard (Fran) Miller; two sisters, Cherie (Don) Bayer, and Cindy Miller; a sister-in-law, Mary Miller and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Louis, Tom and Robert Miller and two sisters, Marcia and Patricia Miller.
Family will greet relatives and friends at Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home in Crivitz on Saturday, Dec. 15 from 9 a.m. until time of the service at 11 a.m. Pastor Christina Forsythe will officiate followed by Military Rites.
