Born Oct.10, 1928 in Barberton, Oh., to the late Roy and Emma (Pansch) Blondheim, she married Lloyd Marcusen of Wausaukee on March 13, 1948 and on June 3, 1972 along with her husband, she was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. They celebrated 60 years together before his death on July 18, 2008.
Together they enjoyed camping, taking trips and wintering in Florida and she enjoyed embroidery and sewing. She loved serving Jehovah God and shared the Bible truths any way she could, including writing letters to many in the local area.
She made known her hope of living on a paradise earth where death will be no more. (Revelation 21:4) and stated many times "I've lived a long and a happy life.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Sheila (James) Vlies, Darrell (Judy) Marcusen, Gary (Linda) Marcusen, Karen (Bob) Glen, Richard (Lynn) Marcusen, Joan (Mike) Garsow and Gene (Sandy) Marcusen; 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband,Lloyd and siblings, Herbert, Florence, Geraldine "Tootie" Stutzman, Earl "Johnny", Lorraine, Evelyn, Jerome "Pinky", Betty and Benny Blondheim.
Visitation will be held at East Green Bay Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2895 East Mason Street, Green Bay on Saturday, Dec. 22 from 2 p.m. until time of a Memorial Service at 3 p.m.
