Elfreda "Fritzie" Adams, 81, of Daggett, Mi., passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2018 at Rennes Health Care Center-East in Peshtigo.
Born April 22, 1937 in Daggett, to the late Frank and Louise (Wagner) Adams, she worked as an LPN for over 30 years at Newberry State Hospital.
She raised English Springer Spaniels and was proud of her show champion, Kokomo. She loved to play golf, deer hunting and collecting and restoring old tractors and traveling to Japan, Mexico and Canada, but most importantly, she was a really good person. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
Survivors include 13 nieces and nephews and her adopted sister, Doreen Hubbard.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by seven siblings, Robert, Herta, John, Alvin, Frances, David and LeRoy and five nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Daggett on Friday, Jan. 4 from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m., with Rev. Paul Doletzky officiating. Burial will be in Nadeau Township Cemetery in Spring. Anderson Diehm Funeral Home of Stephenson is assisting the family with arrangements.
