Memorial Day Program at Coleman May 27th

Coleman - The Kalbes-Seewald American Legion Post 280 of Coleman will present a Memorial Day Program at the Coleman High School on Monday, May 27 at 10 a.m. Veterans wishing to march in with the Legion are asked to be at the school at 9 a.m. The Coleman High School Band and Choir will provide the music, there will be a video, carious presentations, and a special tribute to area veterans killed in action during the various wars.. The speaker will be US Marine veteran, Ed Swanson. The Legion Auxiliary will offer a bucket raffle in the school lobby. Come early to purchase tickets. Winners will be chosen at the end of the program.
The Coleman Legion invites any eligible veterans to join their organization. Membership information is available by contacting John Arts, membership chairman, at 920-897-3442.
N ew high-quality nylon flags are for sale from the American Legion for $18 (3x5), $23 (4x6) and $29 (5x8). Faded or torn flags can be dropped off anytime at the Coleman Piggly Wiggly Ace Hardware or the Coleman Shell Station.
