Ryker James Plosczynski, 25, of Athelstane passed away unexpectedly May 17, 2019.
He was born April 9, 1994 in Green Bay, Wisconsin the son of James and Karen (Camp) Plosczynski. He graduated from Crivitz High School in 2013. He was involved in the Marinette County 4-H for 11 years and won numerous ribbons and awards for his animal projects.
He was employed as a cook at Lakeside Bar, Grill and Lodging in Athelstane, WI. He was well known for making a delicious pizza and often called the "Pizza King". He also worked for the Town of Athelstane as the Animal Control Officer.
Ryker loved animals and was passionate about fishing and hunting. He loved being outdoors and spending time with his family, friends and co-workers. He also loved going to the movies and eating sushi.
Ryker is survived by his parents, Jim and Karen; his grandfather, Peter Bambacht; his aunt, Kristin (Bill) Bailey; aunt Kelly (Joe) Wagner; aunt, Marcia Mesa; uncle, Michael Plosczynski; uncle, Robert (Brenda) Plosczynski and numerous cousins.
He was predeceased by his grandmother, Beverly Bambacht and grandparents, Casmir and Ruth Plosczynski.
There will be a visitation at Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home, 801 George Street, Crivitz, WI on May 24 from 2:30p.m to 6 p.m. with a Funeral Service to follow.
