Ron Bedora, 84, of Marinette, passed away Friday, July 12, 2019 at Aurora Medical Center Bay Area.
Born Nov. 12, 1934, to Harriet and Edward Bedora, he graduated from Coleman High School in 1952 and earned a degree from UW-Oshkosh in 1956. He began his career in education at New London in 1957 and then taught at Coleman starting in 1958. He married the former Judith Kirt in 1962 and attended the University of South Dakota in 1963 and earned a Master's Degree in Science. They then moved to Sheridan, Wo., where he taught science.
The couple returned to Wisconsin where he worked at Wautoma Schools until accepting a teaching position with the Marinette School District where he finished his education career.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Judy; two children, Holly (Michael) LaViolette and Brian Bedora; two grandchildren; a brother, Ken (Joyce) Bedora and a niece, Julie.
He was preceded in death by a son, Mark.
Per his request, no formal service will be held. Private interment will be in Forest Home Cemetery in Marinette Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home of Marinette is assisting the family.
