Good Weather Helps Marinette County Fair Draw Big Crowds

Attendance figures for the 2019 Marinette County Fair came in at a whopping 25,000 visitors, according the Lisa Witak. She said the Fair was a huge success.
Fair Royalty was crowned on Thursday evening at 5:30 p.m. Queen Alexandria Broderick was crowned by last year's queen, Lindsey Michalski. In her court of honor were Sydney Dunkes and Sierra O'Mary.
Several new events this year were popular with the kids. Cookies with the Queens had children decorating cookies with help from the queens from this year's fair and also the Wisconsin State Fairest of the Fair, and the Butterfly Effects was popular for attendees to feed nector to the butterflies. On Sunday the Paw Patrol meet and greet was very popular with the youngsters, according to Witak.
