Tammy Plutchak, 58, of Stephenson, Mi., passed away Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019 at Roubal Care and Rehab Center.
Born April 27, 1961 in Menominee, Mi., to Patricia (LaMere) and the late Russell Plutchak, she graduated from Stephenson High School in 1979.
She was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church and enjoyed playing scrabble, solving the clues on Jeopardy and was an avid reader.
Survivors include her mother, Pat; two brothers, Tim (Sherry) Plutchak and Dan (Karen) Plutchak; nieces and nephews.
Along with her father, Russell, she was preceded in death by a brother, Rick.
Visitation was held at Precious Blood Catholic Church on Wednesday, Oct.16 from 10 a.m. until time of a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Fr. Don Loskot officiated with burial in Stephenson Township Cemetery. Anderson Diehm Funeral Home of Stephenson assisted the family. Acts of kindness or sympathy can be directed to Pat Plutchak with all funds going to the Menominee County Library in Stephenson in her name.
