Bruce J. Bourdelais, 71, of Marinette passed away Monday, March 2, 2020 at the Luther Home in Marinette.
Born Dec. 21, 1948, to the late Robert and Marian (Potchie) Bourdelais in Marinette, he graduated from Marinette High School in 1967 and worked at Scott Paper and Kaufman Distributing locally. He then moved to Montana and worked at the Blue Moon Saloon in Columbia Falls and for Semitool, a computer chip plant. In 2004, he returned to Marinette to be a caregiver for his parents.
He enjoyed hunting, wrangling, trap shooting, coin collecting, scuba diving and western movies.
Survivors include three brothers, Robert (Gillian) Bourdelais of Suamico and Bradley (Serena) Bourdelais and Delore (Nancy) Bourdelais, both of Marinette; two sisters, Barbara (Craig) Messerschmidt of Eagle River and Callie (significant other, Dennis) Gryzwa of Marinette and many nieces; nephews; great-nieces; great-nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Willie Gryzwa.
Private family services will be held. Thielen Funeral Home of Marinette is assisting the family.
