James England, 88, of Howard, formerly of Marinette, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2020 at home.
Born June 9, 1932 in Menominee, Mi., to the late John and Katherine (Davis) England, he graduated from Marinette High School and married Marlene Gehler on Oct. 30, 1954 in Peshtigo. He worked at Badger Paper Mill and later worked at Walmart in Marinette assembling bicycles.
He volunteered at Bay Area Hospital and was an active member of Pioneer Presbyterian Church of Marinette. He loved tinkering with his Model T's and touring with the local Model T Club and enjoyed traveling and being with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Marlene; three children, Jill (David) Fritz, Jeff (Lorri Kieff) England and John (Kellie) England; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Including his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, William England.
