James G. Enderby, 82, of Marinette, passed away Monday, Nov. 2, 2020 in Green Bay at Aurora BayCare Medical Center.
Born April 22, 1938 in Marinette, to the late Gordon and Cornelia (Konyn) Enderby, he retired from Kimberly Clark (Scott Paper) in 1999. On Jan. 23, 1960, he married Sharon Overman and they celebrated 60 years with family and friends in February.
He enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and Scandinavian countries, fishing, hunting, rummage sales, baking breads at Christmas time, camping, the Porterfield Country-Fest, playing cards, telling stories and always had a joke to tell, but mostly loved his children, grandchildren and seeing his new great-granddaughter lit up his life.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon; two sons, Tim (Sue) Enderby and Robert (Lisa) Enderby; a brother, Daniel (fiancé, Donna Connaher) Enderby; a sister, Delores Urbaniak; a brother-in-law, John Overman of Peshtigo; a sister and brother-in-law, Pam (Mike) Block and many nieces; nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Deanna and two brothers, Dennis Enderby and Kenneth Enderby.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home of Marinette is assisting the family.
